What does this mean and how do I fix it?

 

Error 2: areaportal brush 5621/5620/5619/5614/5623/5617/5616

/5612/5611/5622/5618/5613/5624/5615/5610 doesn't touch two areas.

 

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

 

Error 3: SV_Set Brush Model: NULL

 

What the hell is this? It is preventing me from even loading the level and I don't know why or even what the error is?
