dekerd
I recently discovered that I had built a portion of my MP map in "SP mode" using JK2radient. In the middle of my map building I had to reinstall JK2Radient, and I forgot to switch it back to MP until recently. I finished it in "MP mode", made sure that the enitities I used were MP entities, and then recompiled it. Will that cause me problems, do I have to build it completely in MP mode? I'm starting to have a few problems getting the PK3 to register in the base folder.
rgoer
Well, there's no real way to predict that except to fire up jk2mp.exe and "devmap yourmap." If everything works the way it seems like it should, you're fine. If there is a door, or platform, trigger, func_train or something that is behaving a way you didn't expect, it might be time to re-examine the settings for that entity. I'm pretty sure that as long as the entities used in the current save of the .map file you are compiling are MP entities, then the bsp will work correctly in jk2mp.exe.
