Gray__Fox
what is this .bak file after i compile i vagely remember but drawing a blank what do i do with it?
lassev
It's a back-up copy of your .map. If your map gets corrupted, you might still rescue it by renaming the .bak to .map.

lassev
Originally posted by Gray__Fox o ok thanks, should i rename the .map to .bsp ? Uh? The compilation process creates .bsp. You don't physically touch that file except when packing it inside a .pk3.
