There's always light at the end of a tunnel

On the first level.. Where you get the idol treasure there;s a tunnel ascending right above the pedestal with light at the end. Is that just to illuminate the idol or am I on track to a great discovery in archeology? *Calms* Just curious.

Where you jumped up to get over that small gap between the minemesas, you need to go fall into it, hit the C button and crawl through that little passageway to get to the room with the idol. And yep, that light is just to make it look pretty and shiny. Nothing special as far as priceless treasures go.
