Well it WAS up lol, for a good 10 minutes or so. Oh yeah, and it tells me on the forums I am now in Read-Only mode. Posting is only allowed for registered people of the place. I guess by registered they mean paying or something, dunno. The manual looks good, and is pretty massive. They also have some new content talking about the Space Expansion and showcasing the future additions of the game such as mounts, vehicles and Player Cities. They call them Top Priorities.
