No, it means you spawn at the nearest facility but with massive wounds that need to be treated by medics and entertainers. lets say i DO have a clone,do i dont have a PERMA death after my 3 deaths? If you die when you have a clone you have the option to either clone at where the imprint is recorded or clone at the nearest facility and suffer as if you didn't have any clone at all.
