I forgot the pass so I used retrieve and used the temp. password to use the CD-Key. Now, I then hit cancel when billing came up so I could change it to my normal password. Well now I happily get "This CD-Key has already been registered." My Account status says I have no subscriptions. Been waiting a nice 2 hours for tech support...please tell me I'm not utterly screwed here...please. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
