How to lower ladder for 2nd time in lvl 4.. The statue/water room..

This is the statue room where u have to spin the statue 2 times for the bars below it to open up. After I've gotten the plant thingy I went back to the main room and i have to go UP on the ladder. The problem I already climbed up ladder earlier and switched it to go higher, then jumped back down so now i can't get back up thier again!!!

 

HELP!! =(

 

Is there a switch somewhere to lower it?

you will have to restart where you last saved it there is no switch to lower it on the ground floor but there is one on the next level up, the same switch used to higher the ladder

I climb up to the area where the statue you have to turn is located. If you get under the the beam you can actually do a standing jump and pull yourself up onto the beam and then long jump over to the ladder and climb up. And plus you don't have to worry about saving in the right place.
