DoShek Posted July 7, 2003 Share Posted July 7, 2003 I just got SWG and I've tried to install it several times now, and everytime its never gotten past being half done. I've gotten an error message time at different points during installation that says: Component transfer error Compenent: Star Wars Galaxies File Group: SWG Files File: D:\data2.cab Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check) Anybody know what this means and how do I get past it? Also try rebooting your comp and loading the game without an anti virus or any other unecesary programs. You can exit them at the bottom right hand cornor of your screen.
