Did you order it 1st class? Or from another country? These are the 2 main things that effect deilivery online I've found in my experience.

 

Check on their website, Amazon.com deliver in 1-2 days. And it tells you in an email tracking the where-abouts of your product.

 

Have a closer look, it might say somewhere.
