themercifulone Posted July 14, 2003 Posted July 14, 2003 if anybody was in moenia last night on the lowca server they they undoubtebly saw all the giant fambaas working there way into the city. my team fought every one of them down, about 15 in all. fambaas r easily trapped in citie on corner if u have the skill to lure them there, then u just start firing. earlier yesterday, before the invasion, a team i was in attacked a fambaa nest right out in the open, with nothing to get them stuck on. the key is to use traps and have enough people to confuse it. again there was about 12 before the nest was burnt dry. if ur in the scout profession, get trapping abilities to their max, they r worth it.
Mistress Jedi Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 There was a similar attack in Moenia last night on the Valcyn server. Lots of people got good exp, and the healers and entertainers were very busy afterwards! Fun stuff. I took lots of screenshots, which I'll be uploading tonight.

Mistress Jedi Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 No, they are actually spawning just outside the gates or inside the town itself. No one is luring them in. Must be the devs having some fun with us. At one point there were two attacking at once, it was madness!
themercifulone Posted July 18, 2003 Author Posted July 18, 2003 they spawned right outside the city, some just walked in, most we lured in.the best place to get them stuck at is near the cloning facility in moenia, right down that narrow area between the side of the clone biulding and teh gate.
