Creature handler info question...

I was going to post this on the proffession boards, but it looks like no one visits those boards. Anyway, here is my question.

Does anyone know, or is there a site somewhere with a chart, that has info on what creature taming level(1-4), you have to be at to tame certain beasts?

Like for instance, I probably wouldn't try to tame a rancor at novice CH, but maybe after I get Taming 3 or 4. I am just going to dabble into CH up to taming 4, but I would kinda like to know what kind of creatueres I can get at what level so that if I find one I can tame at say Taming 3 that I like, then I know I can save my skill points and not get Taming 4. Maybe throw those extra skill points into basket weaving or something..... :) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 8-)

Yo Yo sup its Aeviat of Lowca here in the house!,But seriously im here to answer ur prayers(im a master Creature Handler).

It has come to my knowledge that u seek wisdom young one, So i have come to provide it. In response to the website thing i don't know of one, but the taming works like this i think,

1. Novice CH:Able to tame all non aggressive creatures(some failures will result in aggros be cautious)

2. Taming 1: Able to tame non Aggressive creatures more efficiently.

3. Taming 2: Able to tame weak ferocious creatures( By this time u should have hunting 4 DUH! so look at their ferocity lvls it normally shows if its tamable) [Aka Vicious! +10!]

4. Taming 3: Able to tame bigger ferocious creatures( Meaning u can tame a little higher in the lvls but be cautious it gets a little nasty =D)

5: Taming 4: Able to tame Even the most ferocious of beasts!(AHAHAHAHA Sure ya can just ease up close without momma seeing ya and saying LUNCH!)

Now if u get to taming 4 just know u can tame ANY baby there is, Some creatures such as kimo have to be made by a BE for some ungodly reason heh, But as it stands now thats how i think the chart works least its kept me alive thinking that.

Testing was done to i went up to a rancor(Ferocity 10)

Went up to a Squill(ferocity 2)

Now between those 2 i notice something as the ferocity increases the taming ability has a higher chance of failure then of course AGGRO!

{Tip: Rancors have small scent range when u get up close} HEHE!

Well if u have anymore questions and u play on Lowca or you wanna order a creature!, OR U WANNA DATE ME! pst me my name is Aeviat THE DESERT HERMIT! LATAS!

Thanks

So basically I need Taming 4 before I even attempt to tame a rancor :) Here is another question since you are the master!

Once you tame a creature,...it's yours forever? No chance of him becoming "untamed" so to speak? Or is it possible for the creature to aggro you after you tame it I guess is what I am asking?

This is my main concern though. I am going master smuggler, with medic and scout skills, with only the taming tree filled out in CH. Is that a good idea since I won't have any pet commands? As far as I can tell I just wont be able to heal it's mind wounds or name it if I go this route. Anything detrimental I would actually "need" in the other trees of CH to be able to make a rancor my pet? =D

Oh yea and I play on the Gorath server or else I would buy one from ya :)

Thanks for the info.

Since we are talking CH let me ask a question? I read different things online and not sure. Once you get your creature and is tame what happends when you log-off the game for a few days? Will your creature still be there when you return? Do you put them in a container or something? Do you have to feed them?

I was think of becoming a CH but I read things saying your creatures will leave you if you are not in the game for a few days.
