Ya know when you encouter that artifact with 4 candle holders, where do you get the candles? I know where one (honecomb) is but when i got back to the artifact with the cndle holders i couldn't put the candle back in the holder!! Help! Take every path possible in the river; you will have to traverse the river several times in order to find all of the candles. Regarding your question about placing the candles in their proper places, you just need to stand at each point of the monument and "use" the candle on the point. If you are having problems, try standing in different places around each point. Eventually, you will place one candle in each point, and then you will light them with the lighter.
