You can find the candles by taking the raft down the river. To get the raft, you must make it into the guard tower at the border. You will find the raft in the tower. Good luck! Guest mazes Posted December 13, 1999 Share Posted December 13, 1999 In the second russian "base" you will find an unlimited supply of repair kits (but you can only take 3 at a time). Don't use them right when you hit a sharp rock but save them until the boat is about to collapse on you.
