matsui Posted July 30, 2003 Share Posted July 30, 2003 i have noticed many people walking around with titles over their heads like professor, gunfighter, guardsman, and i went through the entire skill trees for every profession and couldn't find any of them, only the basic professions titiles. is this a function of your relative level within a given profession? iand how can i see my own? checking my character screen in the titles section shows nothing. is it faction based as well? typholuka Posted July 30, 2003 Share Posted July 30, 2003 To see the titles you are allowed, click on the Character tab in the Personal section, (Ctrl+P) You gain titles when you train the Novice skill, or complete one of the 4 disciplines in each category. Example: Trapping 4 = Trapper Suvival 4 = Survivalist Exploration 4 = Explorer Hunting 4 = Hunter I don't really know the other professions' titles because I am only Master Scout. Dryden Posted July 31, 2003 Share Posted July 31, 2003 yeah bascially anything that is a level 4 skill in a base tree will give you a title. When you master a base skill or an elite skill it will also give you a title. so for each tree there are 4 names to choose from, PLUS master.
