Multi-Player Host over Internet

Hey there anyone. I need some help with hosting a JDK II multi-player game. Every time I select host game and set everything up and launch, I check the game and it's a localhost game. How do I get out there? I have no problems with joining over the net.

128MB Radeon 9000 Pro

SBC DSL

Lynksys Router
