The part is surrounded by mines. Alternately, you can do a mission for The One and recieve parts in payment or if you don't feel like being his errand boy you can slaughter his village and steal the parts. Yea ... hehe *BASH BASH*. Little clarification - Once you are at the temple and head towards the South Beach you will find a wrecked ship. Use only one character to retrieve it since it is a mine field. Or if you have someone with high enough Demolitions, pick em all up. The "funnest" was is to agree with the Elders to "talk" to the One. Unfortuantly, that ain't gonna happen.
