feisar
I seem to be getting things back together, am no longer ill and have sorted out a few problems at work meaning i have time to play something other than waverace:blue storm and v-rally 3 again *yay* today i picked up post mortem, i never even realised it had been released yet!! Ive heard the game is flawed but am really looking forward to a few decent puzzles and something other than trying to start TLJ again not had time to play it tho.. Also got a wavebird (wireless controller for GC) and resident evil zero. Ive always prefered silent hill to resident evil and I gave up on the remake on GC because of the controls and stupid difficaulty level.. but so far im really enjoying this, way more than any silent hill.. its scary but not too bad, you actually have bullets and a chance of getting through unlike previous games, the controls arent that bad, voice acting is great, the cut scenes and plot so far is amazing definatly on a par with the final fantasy film in terms of the look.. the backgrounds, animation and everything is top notch. Its a bit more formulatic than silent hill and less moody, the faster pace works well and only two save points in and there are quite a few suprises... The gamecube is really eclipsing the ps2 now. In terms of graphics the ps2 isnt really a match. The GC controller is so much more comfortable, although it has less games and a smaller release schedule the quality is unparalelled. With the ps2 I kinda get the feeling that companies have done all they can or want to with it, the new games comming out arent improving on the past releases. Its either a shameless rehash or someone else making a carbon copy of an existing title knowingly or not.. Its even more of a shame then about how incompotent and poorly funded nintendo of europe is
