Help with Sandpeople on Tatooine

Can anyone help? I have entered the dune sea, and survived the sandpeople ambushes. I have Bastila and HK with me. Both Bastila and myself are in sand people clothing, but when I close in on the enclave, the turrets open fire! How can I avoid this?

Question are you in sandpeople garb when you enter the area , or just when you get close?

I am already in the garb when I try to enter the enclave, i put it on after entering the dune sea.

try putting it on before you enter the Sand People Settlement area.

Did you talk to everyone you could about this quest? I know the Mining Captain at the Sandcrawler mentions trying to hide, and that alien outside the Czerka office is the one who mentions a diplomatic solution...maybe you have to hit those quest flags before approaching the base in disguise will even work. Just a guess...it worked for me the first time, but I'd already done these conversations.

do you go in armed? try disarming bastila and yourself. and hk too.

nothing works ive tried going in unarmed ive tried not killing any sand people ive tried to kill all of the turrets NOTHING WORKS HELP HELP HELP

if nothing works, start a new game and see if it does it again. if it does it again, you are doing something waaaay wrong or there's something wrong with the game. BUT this is going off the fact you are doing:

 

1) Entering the Sand People territory in Sand People wardrobe.

2) Have HK-47 in your party

3) Walk up to the entrance

4) Don't attack anyone

 

and also:

 

1) Have talked to the Czerka Rep in Anchorhead

 

if you've done all that and it still wont let you walk up to the enclave, there might be something defective in the game. or you could send it to me and i'll check it out.

it wouldnt let me do it unless i armed myself and my team with gaffi sticks.

 

i also didnt have hk in my team. it was me, bastila, and jolee.

Yeah, I was going to suggest the Gaffi sticks, thats what I did.

I have the exact same problem and it's pi$$ing me off!! I've tried everything you've suggested and have come too far to start a new game. This sucks!!

I've never had any trouble with this, and I had only HK-47 with and I were wearing sand ppl garbs and my lightsaber adn HK had dual blaster pistols.

Try restarting with a new game, but if the game still does the same, go back to the store where you bought the game and get a replacemnt game.

Before you do any returning to the store, goto Blockbuster or other rental place and rent the game. Use your saved games on the rented game. If it does it on the rented game too, you did something or your XBox is at fault. If it doesnt happen, then take your game back.

If you got to close to any sand people on your way to the enclave, they see through your robes and will attack
