Above the bed there should be a ventilation shaft, with a lock on it go up to it and take the lock off by pressing the action key. THEN! Go down and bang on the door by pressing the action key, then go into the ventilation shaft, the gaurd will come in and go back where the sink is. Quickly come out of the shaft and walk out the door. DO NOT TRY TO FIGHT ANY GAURDS, they will knock you out.
