where do I get the machete in back to Peru

"Return to Peru" is the secret level and not level 5. In level 5 you will find the machete just when the level starts....

just came back for a visit, since I finished

it totally a while ago and haven't been

around much, but this interested me...

 

when *I* got into the peru level, AFTER the

entire rest of the game, I had an excess of

everything, as though I cheatcoded, which

I never did.

 

I wonder if this is some kind of weirdie bug

with that level.

 

what level had you done, or did you do the

whole game?

I wonder if maybe he went to peru before he got the machete? Does any one happen to know, assuming you get all the treasures, when is the earliest you can get to peru.

 

i can't remember off hand, but I Think I remember stuff that you had to cut with the big knife...
