BloodAngel
How can I add a custom resolution for the game? I'd like to use the 16:10 resolution of my Laptop. I found a parameter in the JK Ini Files for a custom resolution, but I have no clue how to activate it. It does not show up in the configuration menu. Kurgan
If it has a "0" try changing that to a "1" to activate. You can also try changing a "seta" command to "set." Can you copy and paste the specific option you're talking about in here for us to see?
BloodAngel
seta r_customwidth "1440" seta r_customheight "900 If found out, that seta r_mode "-1" does the job, but it practically has no sense, because the viewing angle remains the same, so the image is distorted, it is 20% too broad. Well, at least now I can set the resolution to 1200 * 900 without getting rounding errors (when converting from 768 to 900). If someone knows how to use the broad resolution (increasing the viewing angle or something else) without loosing the proportions, so please tell me. It worked just fine with the Serious Sam Engine, so I hope the Quake 3 Engine can do it, too.
