hey pal, for your Bastila clothes where you want to have the skin of her arms and legs showing, what I'd do is to copy and paste areas from her underwear tga image. You can probably also do that for the area on her back (like the shoulder blades), although, you might need to do some manual editing to get rid of the bra straps.

The two images probably won't match up perfectly, but you can always Scale and Warp them (under the Edit pull down menu). The process I go through is really long to describe step by step, so it will be awhile before I put it in a tutorial.
