True, but I rule out the UN (for now) as the group in general seems to have degenerated into the League of Nations, and at its current rate of letting stuff fly by it seems to be only a matter of time before it helps out the next Hitler. Sure, it has treaties and once every other blue moon it throws a sanction out or something...

The US, I think, would really only get involved if things went from hairy to ssj3, or if there was a direct attack against them. If not the US, China may actually get fed up with NK's **** and cut ties. Doubtful, but I'm on the ropes, and I think China is too, on which side it ultimately would want to be on. I'm leaning more towards everyone else, as I doubt NK will be more important to them than trading partners as huge as the US and the UK.
