    Well, I hate employers. They won't employ 16 year olds because they cost more money (insurance). No one i know has a job... why did I quit my last one?

    Though I guess if I were an employer, I'd hate the idea of a 16 year old working in my shop. Leaders should be trusting. ¬.¬
