theyll listen, but they wont. its a company policy. i know from experience in dealing with Nintendo, Bungie and Blizzard. they always say that they appreciate your idea (although they actually dont care), but cannot accept it. imagine how many StarCraft or Halo games there would be if Blizzard and Bungie accepted everyone's ideas.
