Is this a weapon or body? If its a weapon, you don't need to add a new appearance row. If its a body, open up KOTOR Tool, click Options, and preferences, than check the box that says "Check Override Folder for .2da Files". After that, you just edit your disguise property.

I can't exactly check if thats where it exactly is, as my KOTOR Tool isn't installed ATM.
