    I guess you do. Since he never replied to the email I sent him over 2 years ago, I'm assuming that he is using a different email. I'll start asking a few people, if they can't give me an email or some other way to contact him, the only way to release it would be on the modding underground, which is another name for the black market of modding. I have contacts, but I've only used them to get mods that are not available and no one else can release. I really hope I can find a way to contact him.

     

    EDIT: Wait, there is another way to release it without having to get permission, we could recreate the mod ourselves. I'm not sure about you, but there is no way I can do the modelling part, I would not know where to begin. I would only hope to use this as a last resort, I will start asking around here and asking my contacts on the modding underground.
