Finished projects are in the "Taris Upper City Emporium" (clicky), and the forum is labeled as the place for finished mods. They have tags in the thread titles describing if they're for Kotor 1 or TSL. Since this entire forum is only for finished projects, there is no need to label them as 'finished'.

We call what you describe as 'beta' mods "Works in Progress", or WIPs. The are located in this forum (clicky). They have "WIP" tags in the thread titles.
