I am replying to your forum post about the Elder Settlement on the Unknown World here to avoid resurrecting an old thread. If you want to avoid a trip to the Elder settlement all together, I believe you can kill The One (SAVE FIRST!...just to be safe...) After ypu slaughter The One and his band of Rakata, see if the Elder Settlement is fixed. If it isn't...idk what to tell you
