I didn't plan on him actually siding with the Purge. He's still just as evil as they are, but he too is threatened by them. He wants to become an absolute ruler and the Purge poses a threat to that. So he goes with the enemy of my enemy philosophy and joins the rag tag group. Of course if he's given the chance to get that near invincibility...well bad things might happen =P
