  1. who cares where everybodywent to. the important thing is that we are here now!!! and we rock!!
  2. Nairb just plain out viciously attacks Topshot with his bare hands and pointy teeth that he spent all weekend filing to a nice shiny edge with an electric rotary tool and sanding stone that he borrowed from his grandfather and of which doing so caused great pain and discomfort but was well worth it for the appearance of dagger like dental work that has the uncanny ability to frighten children, small animals and the like with one evil flash of the pearly whites that when added with a hiss and or rasp of the throat can even deter the most steadfast of the adult population out of a clean set of under shorts which, pray-tell, is the ultimate goal of this toothy endeavor. The end. Oh, Topshot is out for one post.
  3. nAIRB IS OUT FOR 2 POSTS WAITING FOR THE "oFFICIAL" ePISODE 3 mOVIE TRAILER TO BE RELEASED. hE IS ALSO CHOKING AND GAGGING BECAUSE HE IS FORCED TO WATCHED fox'S "tHE oc" TO SEE SAID tRAILER ON tv TONIGHT. edit: Frack the CAPS lock button!!!
  4. Fartswithbannanas lets out a stinky one causing Outriders eyes to swell shut for another post while Fartswithbannanas again works on his name situation.
  5. I am assuming that the strategy to this game will be in the logistics planning, how you manage your galactic resources and how you move/place your military. Just like in real life. I would guess that the fighters will be automated. You will probably give out a command to a wing or group of fighters and they will then follow your orders. I think that the capitol ships might work in a similar fashion. The space battles will probably function with the player being in the role of an admilral barking out commands to the crews and pilots.
  6. Then it is not really in 3-D, it only looks like it is.
  7. Thanks for the help my good friend. I had previously tried the jumping part and I tried the enter part, but nevered tried them one after the other. My gratitudes.
  8. I downloaded a map from Lucasfiles that has jetpacks on it (yes I'm new to the game). How doi get them to work?
  9. I agree, I think that's stupid, to say it in the least. I think that the fantasy world of "The Matrix" that was created is fantastic and there is a lot there to be explored because there is a lot that can be done with it. I have always seen it as a sort of combination of "Terminator" and "Tron" with a fairy tale "Choosen One" hero thrown in.
  10. Leaving all of those questions unanswered is what made the ending so great. I love those kind of endings. It makes a movie last in that it is debatable. It has meat to it, depth. At the beginning of the Matrix we have two factions, the Machines and the Humans locked in a war. At the end we have three factions, the humans, the machines and the Oracle who now controls the matrix. They each depend on the other in some way to survive, the machines especially. Could the humans really survive at this point without the machines driving them? We know the machines can't survive without the humans as a power source, and the Matrix can't survive without either. The truce is uneasy because the machines must have the Matrix and the humans to survive. The humans can't successfully repel the machines, nor could they turn off the matrix. Their only defense is the fact that the machines and the Oracle need some humans. This is why I enjoyed this movie because I thought the ending was perfect. The last two movies were lacking, especially in the fight scenes between Neo and Smith, they simply dragged on and on and on and on and on and on and on etc. until I couldn't stand it any more. The last movie barely had the main characters in it at all and there were many scene that had no business being in the movie. It could have been condensed down to about 30 minutes to get the gist of the plot and it would have been a better "movie". I do believe that it is one of the best stories out there however. LOTR is one of the top epic movies and stories ever created and anyone that argues against that should be flamed. IMO.
  11. In knowing the grammatical rule of "I before E except after C" and applying the mathematical formula of "C=NI" then Carbs and Nutmeg has successfully reverted his name from Carbs and Nutmeg back to Nairb Nutmeg and boggled the mind of Outrider causing his mind to melt for two posts. (Nairb is still working on his last name by the way).
  12. LOTR is better only in movie form and in its complete epic and classic sense. I personally loved the ending of Matrix and thought that it was perfect for the series. The theme of Matrix is "What is reality?" and in the end you are still asking that very same question.
  13. In Rebellion, the resource management was very simple, each planet had a different amount of raw material sources. You would set up a mine and a processing station. You had to mine and process material to build anything. In order to be able to build something you had to have manufacturing points. For every pair of mines and procing plants on each planet you had you got 50 points. Everything cost manufacturing points to build plus time. I imagine something in a more realistic manner going to happen here.
  14. That is exactly what I had in mind. The espionage and sabotage missions that Rebellion had too could be considered.
