I really liked the game too. And there are things they did with the ending that I was really impressed with. However, the last couple of minutes are horrible.

Bioware stated that 3 would answer all the questions, but instead they introduce a whole bunch of nonsense that raise more questions and answers nothing. That's what I'm upset about.
