I hit 57 (with an imported Shep) my first time through. Pretty sure you can't hit 60 without a ME3 import. Unlike the previous games, you don't get an XP bonus for the Long Service Medal.

I really liked that the crew moved around. Javik has the best interactions, but I suppose he has to considering that he's 10 extra dollars. I'm wondering if the haters picked up the DLC. I'm finding that learning more about Prothean culture is kinda important to providing context for the end. And seeing the impact on Liara's character arc has been fascinating as well.
