Rassick Posted September 3, 2003 Share Posted September 3, 2003 Right-click on the desktop, go to Properties, Advanced, Monitor, then the refresh rate section and there should be a drop-down menu where you can select your refresh rate, from 60 to 100 Hertz normally. Andy867 Posted September 5, 2003 Share Posted September 5, 2003 Its actually best to only set it to 80 Hz depending upon the resolution since the human eye cannot see any screen flickering when the refresh is 70 Hz or higher but getting to high can hurt some monitors.
