avameides Posted September 22, 2003 Share Posted September 22, 2003 Incorrect! Weapon Speed is calcualted as a -% not .1 reduction for every 10%. Thats why me a Master Rifleman can shoot a Laser Rifle at 6.0 - (.9x6=5.4) = .6 or 1 sec since there is a cap. Further more HS3 with its x2.5 speed modifier comes out to 6.0 x 2.5 = 15. 15 - (.9x15=13.5) = 1.5. 1.5 sec for HS3 aint to shabby If you dont agree come to SS and Ill test it on ya. PS: With a 5% Rifleman Speed Tape my total bonus goes to 95% which lowers all my special shots even while holding a T21 to 1sec cap. Master Rifleboyz are UBER.
