Genoharadan's missions, are they Dark side?

Quick question to anyone who had competed these. I am playing a strict lightsider. I am wondering what the benefits are to doing the Bounty Hunter's quests from Hulan. Like, what items do you get for completing them and how much XP? Also, do you get Dark Side points for completing the missions? Do you get them for even agreeing to go on the mission, even if you don't actually complete it?

They earn you darkside points.

...but the rewards are neat. I would suggest finishing the light side character, then start a Darksider. This way Your concience is clear

or being the highest good side character before undertaking these missions.

There missions r 4 BH and bounty hunters r always on the darkside infact BH dont care what side there on coz there not jedi
