Guest selbi
OK, I read all your posts then went on and played the demo. I have not been that hyped about SWBG - but hoping that it may at least be reasonable. After playing the little single mission and 5 multiplayer games via the Zone - I am really impressed and I am now very much looking forward to the final game. I was rather worried that it would be too much like AOK with different graphics - in fact the whole thing works really well. It takes a few minutes to adjust to the look and feel but once you do - it plays really well. I would say that overall it looks about as good as AOK and the animation is very similar (as you would expect with the same engine). I am surprised at people who are dissapointed by the graphics - as we all knew it was using the AOK engine. I think it has huge potential for skirmish games + multiplayer - I reckon the missions could be pretty good too. GREAT. Couple of thoughts: - Some kind of Farm queue would be nice - they can be a pain. - The medic is a nice addition. - Love the gun battles (much better than hand to hand in AOK) - Star Wars atmosphere comes through (after a while) - Some of the animation is great - little touches that you start to notice - The aircraft work much better than I thought they would

Guest PaladinsSceptre
i would like to see the ai continue to fight after they blow up a building that i tell them to go get, and also, when moving from point a to point b, it would be nice if they fought along the way instead of letting tigers and bad guys hack at them w/ no resistence.
