I seem to be stuck and cannot return to the ship as the mission instructs. The "front door" stopped when I found the last one to disarm and despite having gone over the map a dozen time, I'm pretty much locked in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm guessing there is some bug attached to running mission objective out of sequence or from having gone back and explored the landing area again mid-mission.
