gatsu002 Posted September 20, 2003 Posted September 20, 2003 this error is pissing me .... what the hell happend here? how many versions of jk - ja exist now? i have a official version but i cant join any server , i saw 3 kinds of servers , 5 agst , 21 jul and 9 sept , which one i can join with a official copy? the 90% of servers r 9 sept , and when raven soft will do a patch for update all versions to 1.01 ..... WTF , anyone know how fix this problem? dont say download the 2 unofficial versions pls.....
Kusanavi Posted September 20, 2003 Posted September 20, 2003 Well when the Invalid Game Folder thing appears it means that you're trying to connect to a ware server OR you own a warez copy of JA and you're trying to connect to a legit server.
Sjvegetto Posted September 20, 2003 Posted September 20, 2003 i will probably get for say thing but in reality it not the exe date that are give us the errors it is that the retail version and leaked versions have diffrent date for the folders hence the invalid folder we get from try to connect to them at lest this is how i fiqure it any way once there is a patch there wont be problem seeing by all right the leaked version with the incorrect folder date should not be able to patch to the new version
