Muzzle
I've been kicking around in MP a bit trying out the new sabers, and am a little bit at a loss about how to effectively use them. The dual saber seems to just flail all over the place, and the double saber mostly seems to wiggle around like the star wars kid is trying to use it. I'm used to being able to know precisely where my saber will go when I move a certain way, but both of the new sabers seem not to have any such precise control to them, at least from the miniscule list of moves in the instruction book. So, since people were so good about ferreting out obscure saber moves in JO, I'm wondering if anyone has yet found out any undocumented moves for JA? I'd like to be able to control those sabers and direct cuts into places that, right now, seem to be blind spots.
{DHU}Screed
Nope you summed it up yourself. Standard Saber > Dual & Double Bladed Sabers. Standard = 3 stances, each with different speeds and specials Dual & Double bladed = 2 stances both have the same speed, and you got the medium stance special, no biggie. ChangKhan
In the game, you can view all of your moves in MP if you (from the main menu) hit "PLAY" then "RULES" then "MOVES". How many people, I wonder, know this? BTW, this is pretty much the same menu as in SP if you bring up the Datapad menu and go to the Moves menu.... You should also read the readme.txt
IronFryman
But, are there any simple combos, like the ones for single, for double and staff? Like red has three swing combo, do they have any? More control would be nice.
Tarus
Ok Chang, im curious. Why ddi you all decide to give the dual saber user the light stance and the staff user the medium stance specials? In singleplay you can use a single saber and use the speed of the light stance but you don't get the special moves. Why the switch up for multiplay? Spider AL
I think the first fellow's talking about chaining three moves in red... Not sure though.
