tsaball Posted October 2, 2003 Posted October 2, 2003 I know this is rahter noobish, and you will probably say "Man, if you dont't know, then maybe you shouldn't be doing it.", but I really want to give it a shot. My question is: I've heard about editing the assets 0 or 1 or 2 or something, and there are several posts about what to write, and ext data, etc. I tried but I cant even open the assets. I go to My Computer, C:, Program Files, Lucas Arts, JA, GameDate, Base, and try to open the assets files to edit them, and I can't. Can someone give me a "crawl-through" please. Thanks.
Tesla Posted October 2, 2003 Posted October 2, 2003 If you want to open the Assets files just double click and open with a program such as WinZip. But never ever Edit these files, because it will stop you from playing on Pure Servers in MP
