Drakonis Posted October 8, 2003 Posted October 8, 2003 how much more efficient are those big mining extractors compared to the smaller personal extractors? when and where will i be able to get my hands on one of those huge machines?? since i am an artisan, will i ever be able to build the big mining buildings myself?
Jan Gaarni Posted October 8, 2003 Posted October 8, 2003 I believe they are 3 times more efficient than the small ones, but I'm not totally sure. The medium ones are twice as efficient for sure, but they cost twice as much maintainance and use twice as much power. Therefor the cost of extracting 1 kg using a medium one compared to a small one is the same. When? When you find someone who is going up the architect profession. Where? Impossible to say. I'm not a psychic. If you are only going to be an artisan you will never be able to build them, only small ones. But if you continue into the Arcitect Profession you will eventually be able to make them.

Jan Gaarni Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 Again, not totally sure, but I don't think so, no. I know that the medium ones don't take up any more slots than the small ones, and I seem to remember someone telling me it was the same for the large ones too.
