Exar Kun's Armor - it exists?

Hello, guys... I'm new here, but i always visit this forum, cuz i think it's the best place to find news and hints of this great game!

i've heard news that u can get in the game the Exar Kun's Light Battle Suit, although i haven't seen in the game... i'm copying a part of an walkthtrough(where i first saw this), which is availiable at http://www.gamefaqs.com:
