Infact thinking that is not only childish, but just plain stupid. On topic, i don't have swg yet, but to hear that your name doesnt change is kind of a dissappointment, hmm, i really do wonder what the system is like. Salieh Maeh Posted October 26, 2003 Share Posted October 26, 2003 Jan, there is a "system" for it. Read up a bit on this. There are several reasons to get married in game, and several reasons not to. One reason to do it is cause you're a role-player. If you are role-playing, marriage may very well be included in your player's role. And if you think this is silly, consider this in an MMORPG. It's a role playing game. That's what it's designed for. Another reason is cause you're curious. Quite honestly I wouldn't be surprised if most marriages in SWG at this point are just happening out of curiosity. A third reason is that some people playing also have a significant other playing too. If your girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband, or whatever was playing, you'd probably consider in game marriage.
