1 What is the NPC Spawn code for the mutant rancor

if there is one

 

and is anyone working on a MOD that allows you to kick with the other lightsabers besides dual

first, you kick with staff, not dual

 

and second i dont know of any, go and look at http://www.pcgamemods.com there might be 1 there.

try the IKNOWKUNGFU cheat, or just change your saber stance to the double saber's while using just one. (setforceall 9 + saber stance change. its one of the yelloow ones)
