Afterthot
Well, you are gaining Wounds there my boy... Go see a doctor in a Med Center near you. A lot of info can be gained by reading the manual, and if of course you find it out of date or unhelpful, there is always cntrl h for the updated information. Lots to read and experience, but we were all there at one time. I was, weren't you?

Eurofighter
It is indeed wounds, get them healed in a med center as mentioned. If you also press CTRL+C you should get up a window showing faction thingy's, Battle fatigue etc. The battle fatigue and MIND wounds can be healed at a cantina.
