You use the subject to tell 'em the title and the message window to describe your problem/idea/intelligence problem properly. You open and create CFG files using Notepad. Just type a list of commands you would like to execute and save the file. In game, type "exec blahblah.cfg" if your file name is blahblah.cfg.
