x1x_pm_x1x Posted November 28, 2003 Share Posted November 28, 2003 i downloaded the update for 1.01 mp/sp and after i installed the update i wasnt able to play mp, sp was and is still fine, but it errors and has to shut itself down every time i try to play MP... what do i do? the error reads: couldn't exec autoexec.cfg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kurgan Posted November 28, 2003 Share Posted November 28, 2003 Check your base folder for a file called autoexec.cfg. If it's there, then open it and see what's in the file. If it's empty or full of "garbage", that could be your problem. You could simply delete your cfgs (or put them in a seperate non JA folder just in case you need to refer to them) and start over.
