JO editing problems

Hi everyone. While editing JO, i have replaced Stormtrooper with Battledroids, Rebels and Bespin Cops with Clone Troopers, Luke with Mace Windu, Kyle with Anakin, Jan with Padme, Jedi Trainer with Ki-Adi-Mundi, and Jedi 1 with Aayla Secura.

 

The problem im having though, is that the characters turn out fine, but they arent holding their weapons properly. Guns are way below where thay are supposed to be, and the Jedi lightsabre's just point straight up, even though the character is in a pose like they are holding it.

 

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

 

One more thing, is there any way to replace the X-wings at Yavin with Jedi Starfighters?
